After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that as regards the grievances mentioned in the petition, the petitioner(s) has already sent a representation dated 07.05.2025 (Annexure P-13) to the respondent(s) and he would be satisfied in case respondent No.3-District Sports and Youth Affairs Officer, Bhiwani, is directed to consider and decide the said representation by passing a well reasoned and speaking order in a time bound manner. With the consent of the parties, the present petition is accordingly disposed of without commenting on the merits of the present case and with a direction to respondent No.3-District Sports and Youth Affairs Officer, Bhiwani to take note of the representation dated 07.05.2025 (Annexure P-13) sent by the petitioner and issue the corrected Sports Gradation Certificate as well as to send the verification report(s) of the sports gradation certificate of the petitioner to respondent-Commission within a period of 03 months of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Respondent-Commission is directed to make recommendation of the petitioner for appointment, in case the verification report is received in his favour, within a further period of 04 weeks. (VINOD S.
