JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 5 17-01-2025 The instant petition has been filed for initiating the contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 18.05.2023 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 304 of 2023. 2. A show cause affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite party Nos. 2 and 3. It is categorically averred that Patna High Court MJC No.2432 of 2024(5) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 in compliance with the order of this Court necessary letters and notices were issued fixing the date of removal of encroachment; and finally on 24.09.2024 in the presence of the Magistrate and police force, the encroachment in question has already been removed. The videography of the entire process has also been done. Copy of the photographs and CD have been placed on record. 3. Having gone through the show cause affidavit, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court has been complied. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. Anjani/- (Harish Kumar, J) U
