According to him, the building in which the petitioners are residing is in dilapidated state. In that view of the matter, the petitioners have submitted the representation to the respondent-Authorities, which is still not decided. Be that as it may, we direct the respondent-Authorities to treat the present petition as representation. The respondent-Authorities are directed to decide the representation after hearing all concerned and pass necessary order in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be done within a period of twelve weeks from today. 2. The petitioners undertake to produce the copy of the petition along with the order passed today before the respondent-Authorities within a period of one week from today. 3.
