SL. No. Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGE’S ORDERS BAST No. 11 of 2025 Hon'ble Rakesh Thapliyal, J. 1. Mr. Harshit Sanwal, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. Mr. Siddharth Bisht, learned A.G.A. and Mr. Himanshu Sain, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. The short term bail application has been moved by the applicant Sahab Singh @ Sabi on the ground that his wife is pregnant and is at the advance stage. 4. On the previous date, the State Counsel has apprised this Court that the applicant had violated the protection granted by the Coordinate Bench in WPCRL No. 1191 of 2024. Apart from this, it is also pointed out that the present applicant has a criminal history of five cases and strong objection was raised by the State on the previous date for grant of short term bail to the applicant, though, on that day justification was also given that due to certain unavoidable circumstances the protection order was not fully complied with. 5. Accordingly, after taking into consideration the past conduct this Court is of the view that applicant does not deserve short term bail. 6. The short term bail application is rejected.
