The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding directing the respondent no.2 to decide the revision No. 253/2022530531000018 in case No. 0018/2022 in computer case No. 2022530531000018 Akhilesh Tiwari Vs. Lal Ji and others under Section 48 (1) of the U.P.C.H. Act pending before the respondent no.2 within stipulated period." 3. Counsel for the petitioners submitted that title revision filed with delay of one month at the instance of respondent no.3 is pending before Deputy Director of Consolidation. He submitted that without condoning the delay, interim order has been granted in arbitrary manner by Deputy Director of Consolidation. He submitted that appropriate direction be issued for expeditious disposal of pending revision within time bound period. 4. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the instant petition is finally disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Deputy Director of Consolidation, Gorakhpur to decide the aforementioned revision considering the delay condonation matter first after affording opportunity of hearing to both parties expeditiously preferably within period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
