The writ petitioner has approached this Court against the Office Memorandum dated 24.02.2025 whereby his salary has been reduced in terms of order passed by the Single Bench in Writ-A No.17904 of 2020. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that the aforesaid order was, is subject matter of Special Appeal wherein by order dated 29.05.2025, the impugned order has been kept in abeyance and probably, the department is contemplated to challenge the order before the Supreme Court. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, since presently the basis of impugned order is already kept in abeyance and it's legal consequential shall follow, therefore, prayer made in this writ petition has already been addressed. 5.
