The case of the prosecution is that, the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 66 numbers of brandy bottles. Hence the case. 3.The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.
