Srivastava, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha submits that the inspection conducted and the report has come, wherein, it has been found that the petitioners themselves have illegally constructed over the land in dispute. It is further stated in the report that the illegal construction has been stopped. 3. In view of the report so submitted, no case for interference is made out. 4.
