Mr. Vijendra Kumar Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant and submits, his client was husband in the marriage that was decreed for divorce by mutual consent by the Family Court on 4th July, 2025. His client had preferred appeal against prior order dated 6th May, 2025. It was application for waiver of the statutory period of six months, requisite under section 13-B in Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
