This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus directing and commanding respondent No.2 Additional Commissioner First Prayagraj Division Prayagraj to decide Case No. C202402000000755 of 2024 (Sahdev Vs. Tribhuan Kumar and others), under section 24 (4) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period as this Hon'ble Court.." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is opposite party in the appeal filed before the Court below. The above-mentioned case is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties as well as giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
