By present application, the applicant – appellant is seeking to condone delay of 113 days in filing appeal against judgment and order dated 26-6-2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Khamgaon, District Buldhana in Sessions Case No. 9/2018 thereby convicting the applicant – appellant for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and also under Section 498-A of IPC. The only reason assigned for delay is appellant could not contact the counsel.
