Learned counsel for the State submits that after investigation, charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner. 5. The said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he would advise his clinent to challenge the charge-sheet in the appropriate proceedings before this Court. He may do so. 7. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous. 8. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum, if so advise. 9.
