Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This application has been filed with a prayer to set aside the impugned order dated 22.11.2022 passed by learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Allahabad in application No. 199 of 2022 (Kamlesh Kumar Harijan Vs. Anshu Singh and others) under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. P.S. Nawabganj, District Prayagraj by which the learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Allahabad has rejected the legitimate prayer of the appellant for lodging the FIR against the O.P. No. 2 to 19.f On perusal of the record, the Court finds that the allegations made in the application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C., the learned counsel for the appellant could not show that the opposite party no. 2 to 19 has wrongfully made Kharanja over his land. Therefore, the prayer for quashing the impugned order dated 22.11.2022 is hereby refused. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
