JUSTICE S G PANDIT) This contempt petition is filed complaining disobedience of order dated 09.01.2024 passed in Writ Petition No.103637/2023, whereunder, this Court passed the following Order: “i. The writ petition is allowed. A mandamus is issued directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 14.09.2022 at Annexure-A. ii. The petitioner shall submit such other and further documents of the petitioner wishes to rely upon within fifteen days from the date of receipt of this order and respondent to decide on the matter within 30 days after receipt of the documents of the petitioner.” - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:18153-DB CCC No. 100175 of 2024 2. This Court had directed the respondents to consider the representation of petitioner to mutate her name in the Municipal records. 3. The respondent on appearance before this Court, files affidavit dated 15.12.2025 enclosing five documents. The fifth document, endorsement dated 19.11.2025 indicates consideration of the petitioner's representation and it indicates that the property in question stands at present in the name of Sri.G.Parasuram, son of Sri.Kyarappa. The endorsement would also state that unless the name of the said Sri.G.Parasuram is cancelled, the name of the complainant cannot be entered. Moreover, the complainant has been informed to establish his right before competent Civil Court. The endorsement dated 19.11.2025 is in compliance of the order passed by this Court. 4. We are satisfied that there is substantial compliance with the direction issued by this Court.
