Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide restoration application dated 17.01.2011 being computerized no. T201902030308572 (Shilpa Patel Vs. Shiv Sharan) within time frame to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court in accordance with law arising out of case no. 1234/2010 (Shilpa Patel Vs. Shiv Sharan) under Section 34 of the U.P.L.R. Act, Gadhina, Pargana and Tehsil Soraon, District- Allahabad. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to hear and decide case no. 1234/2010 (Shilpa Patel Vs. Shiv Sharan) under Section 34 of the U.P.L.R. Act, Village- Gadhina, Pargana and Tehsil-Soraon, District- Allahabad on merit after giving opportunity f hearing to both the parties in the larger interest of justice." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned restoration application is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned restoration application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the above-mentioned restoration application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
