Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(I)Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned order dated 11.04.2025 passed by the respondent No.3 (Annexure No.5 to this writ petition). (II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the respondents to give the possession of gata No.415 area 4.185 hectare situated in Village-Balpur, Pargana-Bela Daultabad, Tehsil-Lalganj, District-Azamgarh, within stipulated period to be specified by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioners have an alternative remedy of filing revision against the order impugned. 4. Since the petitioners have an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy as available to them under law. 6.
