JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA) 1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: A. Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the order dated 06/03/2014 in Revn Petn No.24/13 passed by the 3rd respondent vide Annexure-B. and the order dated 20/10/2014 in Rev Petn No.56/14 the 3rd respondent vide Annexure –D in the interest of justice and equity. B. Issue any other such order or direction as this Hon’ble court may deems fit and proper under the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Heard learned counsel Sri.P.G.Chikkanaragund, appearing for petitioner, learned Sri.Sangram S. Kulkarni, appearing for respondent No.1 and learned-HCGP Smt.Kirtilata R. Patil, appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 6. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:14059 WP No. 113070 of 2014 3. What is called in question is order dated 06.03.2024 and 20.10.2024 which transfers the petitioner from one institution to another. 4. The learned HCGP on instructions would submit that the petition is rendered infructuous on the score that the petitioners have been transferred to other institutions on 18.10.2016 and the said Order of transfer has been accepted by the petitioners and they have continued to serve in the said institution. 5. In the light of the said submission, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail of such remedy as available in law at the relevant point in time.
