THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE GANNAMANENI RAMAKRISHNA PRASAD CONTEMPT CASE NO: 327 of 2025 ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri Manoj Kumar, learned Counsel for the Contempt Petitioner and Sri Sanaka Subramanyam, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri K. Ramalingeswara Rao, learned Counsel for the Respondents. 2. Sri Manoj Kumar, learned Counsel for the Contempt Petitioner has furnished the G.O.Rt.No.171, Transport, Roads & Buildings (Tr.I) Department, dated 21.04.2025. 3. On perusal of this G.O., it is indicated that the Petitioner has been promoted on adhoc basis which shall be subject to the directions/outcomes of various cases pending before the Tribunal, Courts etc. It is also stated that the Petitioner is directed to join the promotion post within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the Order of appointment. 4. Pointing out these aspects, Sri Manoj Kumar, learned Counsel would submit that the present Contempt case may be closed with liberty to the Petitioner to avail other remedies as available to him under law. 5. Having taken note of these facts and having taken G.O.Rt.No.171, Transport, Roads & Buildings (Tr.I) Department, dated 21.04.2025, it is appropriate to close this Contempt by giving liberty to the Petitioner to avail other remedies as available to him under law. 6. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 7.
