The present application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 6.2.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.1, Kannau, in Criminal Revision No. 128 of 2023 (Vindhyabasani v. State of UP and Others), whereby the revisional court affirmed the order dated 16.8.2023 passed by Civil Judge (Jr. Division) / Judicial Magistrate, FTC, II, Kannauj, in Complaint Case No. 209 of 2021 (Vindhyabasani v. Kashi Naresh and Others) has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
