The petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 4.12.2025. 3. The petitioner has made a representation to consider her claim to be appointed as an anganwadi worker in Neeralagi village, Kushtagi taluk. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was earlier appointed as anganwadi worker. That order was called in question by another candidate. The Court has held that the petitioner is not eligible and the petitioner’s appointment was terminated and another candidate who challenged the petition was held to be eligible and she was appointed. In the process, 13 years have elapsed, the petitioner claims that she has 13 years experience as anganwadi worker and she should be appointed and accordingly, a representation is made. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:18695 WP No. 109957 of 2025 5. Law does not enable such kind of appointment. The respondent-authorities are not obliged to consider such representation as there is no corresponding right in favour of the petitioner.
