The petitioner/school claiming to have admitted students sent to them under the provisions of the RTE Act, is seeking reimbursement in the light of Section 12 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009. 2. We have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner, the learned AGP, the learned Advocate Mr.Bagul for respondent No.1 and Mr.Pulkundwar for respondent No.5. khs/Jan.2025/955 2025:BHC-AUG:1619-DB - 2 - 3. The petition is disposed of directing respondent No.5 to scrutinize the petitioner’s proposal and if he is found entitled to have the reimbursement, process it as expeditiously as possible so as to reimburse him, in any case within 6 weeks.
