The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 423 of 2024, for the offence registered under Section 309(4) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Gumla. 3. On 12.12.2024 at about 06:30 P.M., robbery was committed in the house of the informant. The miscreants looted away jewelleries and other articles. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was not put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that one Payal and Rs. 3,000/- which are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, belongs to the petitioner. It was also submitted that co-accused namely Pradip Oraon has been granted bail by this Court earlier in B.A. No. 2205/2025 vide order dated 20.03.2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gumla in connection with Gumla P.S.
