CMP No. 3946 of 2025 No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non- applicants. The non-applicants have no objections, if in case, the application is allowed and the legal heirs of deceased appellant No.1 are ordered to be brought on record. From the application, it is evident that appellant No.1 had died on 02.12.2022. The fact of death of appellant No.1 is corroborated by the death certificate placed on record. The details of legal heirs of deceased appellant No.1 are in consonance with the legal heirs certificate appended alongwith the application. The right to receive compensation inheres in the LRs of deceased appellant No.1. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Legal heirs of deceased appellant No.1 are ordered to be brought on record as appellants No. 1(a) to 1(c). Amended memo filed, is ordered to be taken on record. The application stands disposed of. CMP No. 3947 of 2025 No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non- applicants. The non-applicants have no objections, if in case, the application is allowed and the legal heirs of deceased appellant No.17 are ordered to be brought on record. From the application, it is evident that appellant No.17 had died on 07.09.2020. The fact of death of appellant No.17 corroborated by the death certificate placed on record. The details of legal heirs of deceased appellant No.17 are in consonance with the legal heirs certificate appended alongwith the application. The right to receive compensation inheres in the LRs of deceased appellant No.17. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Legal heirs of deceased appellant No.17 are ordered to be brought on record as appellants No. 17(a) to 17(g). The application stands disposed of. CMP No. 3948 of 2025 No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non- applicants. The non-applicants have no objections, if in case the amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court alongwith proportionate interest accrued thereupon, is ordered to be released as is being sought in favour of the applicants. Other than the aforesaid, both the parties to the lis submit that no further proceedings with respect to the judgment dated 2.1.2023 are pending adjudication before the Apex Court. The judgment has attained finality. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court alongwith proportionate interest accrued thereupon is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants in terms of share detailed in Annexure A4 at page 141 of the paper book. The amount be remitted to their bank accounts, details whereof have been given in Annexure A-3 alongwith the present application. The application stands disposed of. CMP No. 3949 of 2025 The applicants-petitioners are exempted from filing the English translation of the annexures annexed with the petition, at this stage, subject to filing of the same within seven days, as and when directed to do so.
