In brief, it is her submission that though the National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NSSC) has directed the respondent Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) to submit the action taken report within 30 days, however the same has not been done. 3. Be that as it may, the respondent no. 2 is directed to submit the action taken report as directed by the National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NSSC) in File No.S-69/Tele-18/2016-SSW-I, within a period of one month from the date of production of this order. 4. Learned Counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce the copy of this order , before the concern respondent, within two weeks from today. 5. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
