On the query being raised, petitioner no. 2, Smt. Sheeba Bano W/o Mohammad Ekhlakh has not shown her willingness to join the company of her husband, accordingly, the petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner no. 3 is granted the visitation right to meet petitioner no. 1 (daughter) on every Sunday from 02:00 to 05:00 p.m. at the venue fixed by the SHO, P.S. Phoolpur, District Prayagraj. Commissioner of Police, Commissionerate, Prayagraj is directed to ensure that the order be complied. The legal expenses of Rs. 20,000/- has been paid by the petitioner no. 3 through demand draft in favour of petitioner no. 2, Smt.
