Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the first Information Report dated 11.09.2024 (annexure no. 1) lodged by the respondent no.4 as vide Case Crime No.197 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87 BNS, Police Station Surir, District-Mathura." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
