Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Patratu (Bhadaninagar) P.S. Case No. 163 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 385, 387 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Miss Sanjibita Guin, learned J.M.F.C., Ramgarh. 3. On 12.06.2024 at 12.30 noon, four masked persons came on two motorcycles to the work site of the Informant and demanded rangdari. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and no money was transferred to the accused persons. It was finally submitted that co-accused Suraj Singh has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 1501 of 2025 and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Sanjibita Guin, learned J.M.F.C., Ramgarh in connection with Patratu (Bhadaninagar) P.S.
