This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for amendment of the Page No.# 2/2 cause title in connection with Bail Appln. No.3957/2024 filed by the applicant/accused. Mr. Mahajan, learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to inadvertence, under which the Paltanbazar P.S. Case No.444/2024 was registered was mentioned as 20(6)(ii)A/21(6) of the NDPS Act and the same ought to have been mentioned as 20(b) (ii)A/21(b) of the NDPS Act and therefore, Mr. Mahajan contended to allow this petition. Having heard the submission of learned Advocates of both the parties, the petition stands allowed. Necessary correction may be made in the cause title of the Bail Appln. No.3957/2024.
