The police officials of Malpur Police Station, Modasa, has produced the corpus aged about 19 years and 10 months. Before us, she has shown her willingness to live with Khatt Maheshbhai Bhanubhai- respondent no. 6 herein, resident of Pipara’s Muvada (Damor Faliyu), Malpur. According to her statement, she is in relationship with Maheshbhai and also knowing his marital status. 3. In such circumstances, having regard to the age of the corpus and marital status, no case is made out to grant any relief in exercise of discretionary powers vested with this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
