Ram Nath & ors), convicting and sentencing the appellant under Section 302/34 IPC for imprisonment of life along with fine. 3. Vide communication dated 21.07.2025, the In-charge Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sambhal at Chandausi has reported that the sole appellant- Ram Nath died 35 years ago. 4.
