The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court vide order dated 30.04.2025 dismissed the Criminal Original Petition as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. He would further submit that due to over site, he did not notice that the Court had functioning at 09.45 a.m. at 30.04.2025 and therefore, he could not reach the Court in time and be present when the matter was taken up for hearing.
