Kindly Issue Nature Writ of Certiorari order or directed to quashed the notice issued by the Respondent No.3/Inspector, Bhatkal Town Police Station, Bhatkal in reference No.BTPS/ Bhatkal/ 109/ 2025 dated 31/01/2025 vide Annexure-F And directed the respondents to remove the name of petitioner from the rowdy sheet; II. What is essentially challenged by the petitioner is a show-cause notice dated 31.01.2025 at Annexure-F, wherein the petitioner has been called upon to show- cause as to why the rowdy-sheet already opened against the petitioner should not be continued for the year 2025-26. 4.
