Case No. 27 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 115(2)/126(2)/118(1)/ 329(1)/109(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have stabbed cousin of the Informant Mangra Baske, due to which, he sustained two stab wounds in his stomach. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
