Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instruction, has submitted that he wants to withdraw this writ petition. However, he seeks liberty to the petitioners to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT) under Section 17 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 for ventilating their grievances.
