JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA) 1. Heard the learned counsel Ms. Vaibhavi Inamdar appearing for the petitioner. 2. The petitioner at the time of filing the petition was 59 years. The learned counsel Ms. Vaibhavi Inamdar would submit that the issue in the lis revolves around the petitioner being appointed as in-charge Headmaster and the impugned endorsement had declined to grant the petitioner the post of Headmaster. Therefore, the petitioner seeks quashment of the said endorsement and a mandamus directing to reconsider the proposal of the petitioner to the post of Headmaster. 3. Today, the petitioner is 69 years old and therefore, in the considered opinion of the Court nothing further would survive. 4. In the event of need, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application seeking revival of the subject petition, failing which, the petition stands disposed.
