Grievance in it is against private respondent no.3, her daughter-in-law. It has been kept pending with the respondent no.2. He seeks direction upon the authority to dispose of the petition within stipulated time. Dr. D.K. Tiwari, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the petition will be duly dealt with. Respondent no.2 is directed to deal with aforesaid petition dated 15th June, 2024 within four weeks from communication of certified copy of this order and copy of the petition, to be made by petitioner to said respondent.
