Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 284 of 2023 for the offences registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Koderma. 3. On 06.12.2023, five dacoits entered into the courier office of the Informant situated near Devi Mandap Road. Dacoits looted Rs. 96,509/- from him. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co- accused Kamlesh Singh has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 3251 of 2024 5. Mrs. Shweta Singh, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material against the petitioner on the record, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Koderma in connection with Telaiya P.S.
