Motor Vehicles Rules, 1998. 2. It appears from the pleadings of the case that the matter is pending before the Regional Transport Authority, Agra. 3. The petition is disposed of with a direction to the Regional Transport Authority, Agra to decide the claim of the applicant for transfer of permit within a period one month from the date a copy of this order is produced before him, in accordance with law.
