By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to take action under Section 2092) of the RTI Act, 2005 against respondent No.3 as directed 2 / 2 by the Chhattisgarh State Information Commission vide order dated 26/04/2024 (Annexure P/2). 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 26/04/2024 the electricity Company has been directed to issue show cause notice to the respondent No.3 as he has supplied the information to the information seeker with a delay of 87 days. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Electricity Company submits that in pursuance to the order dated 26/04/2024 passed by the Information Commission, the show cause notice has already been issued to the respondent No.3 and necessary steps has been taken to comply with the direction given the by Information Commission. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, particularly the statement made by respondent/ Electricity Company that pursuance to the order passed by the Information Commission, show cause notice had already been issued to respondent No.3, this writ petition is disposed of at this juncture.
