This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issues a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent no.2 to decide the application of petitioners dated 24.03.2025 in proceeding of demarcation Under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 Mauja Phattepur, Pargana 15. District Varanasi in respect of Arazi No.10 measuring area 0.2450 Hec. situated in the village Phattepur, Pargana 15, Tehsil Pindra District Varanasi (Annexure No.4 to the writ petition). II. Issus a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to grant the charge of Superintendent of Medical & Community Health Center Deegh, District Bhadohi for the petitioners being senior Medical Officer.." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned application u/s 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the above-mentioned application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
