RAVI, J. -------------------------------------------- W.P.(C) No.12937 of 2025 -------------------------------------------- Dated this the 7th day of April, 2025 JUDGMENT The petitioners seek for a direction to the 3rd respondent to accept basic tax in respect of the properties covered by Exts.P2 and P3 and issue Revenue Certificates such as Location Sketch, ROR, Possession Certificate and Tax Receipts without making any adverse endorsements. In similar circumstances, this Court has in Ext.P6 judgment issued directions to accept basic tax to the property without making any adverse endorsement and issue necessary revenue certificates. The petitioners have preferred Exts.P7 and P8 applications in this respect. In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P7 and P8 with due reference to Ext.P6 judgment of this Court and accept basic tax and issue necessary Revenue Certificates as prayed for without making any adverse endorsement. Necessary orders shall be issued within two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
