Consequently, the petitioner, if so advised, would approach the learned District Judge, Paschim Medinipur for taking appropriate steps before the appeal court in Title Appeal No.14 of 2025. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 1386 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
