Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etah vide his letter dated 4.8.2025 has informed this Court that the appellant no.1- Pyare Lal has passed away about 15 years back, appellant no.3- Nanak Ram has died one month back, appellant no.4- Mohabbat has died about 16 years back and appellant no.5- Hans Raj has died about 8 years back. 3. In verification of their death, statement of Najis Khanam, Sone Lal and Mahesh Babu has been recorded. Death certificate duly issued by Government of Uttar Pradesh has been annexed. Police Report by S.I. of Police Station Patiyali, District Kasganj has also been annexed. 4. In view of the above, since all the appellants had already passed away, this criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated. 5. The trial court record be sent back to the court concerned.
