The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "i) To issue any suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to restore/provide new Electricity connection in reference to the Electricity Connection Application No. J6526318901 in House No. SA5/173 A-6, Ramarepur, Pahariya, Varanasi." 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that there is dispute between the brothers and, therefore, Electricity Department is seeking indemnity bond from the petitioner, who is seeking an electricity connection. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will file the indemnity bond in accordance with law. 5. In light of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file indemnity bond and complete all other formalities in accordance with law. 6. Electricity Department is also directed to grant electricity connection to the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from date of filing of indemnity bond.
