:: ORDER :: Impugning the proceedings issued Rc.No.C.76/HRM/FA/2022 dated 28.06.2023 by respondent No.2 vide removing the petitioner from service as Field Supervisor of Parnapalli Grama Panchayat, Bandi Atmakur Mandal, Nandyal District, the above writ petition is filed.

learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri S. Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent No.1 and Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned standing counsel for the respondents 2 and 3.

3. At the hearing, when the Court pointed out the petitioner’s approach to ^ the Court, after a long period, without filing a statutory appeal as per Field Assistant Human Resource Policy, 2013 (for short ‘FAHRP’), learned for the petitioner sought leave of the Court to file appeal before the appellate authority, against the orders impugned in this writ petition.
4. Given the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, with the consent of learned counsel on either side, giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appellate authority FAHRP. If such an appeal is filed, the learned appellate authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders strictly as per the Rules. There shall be no order as to costs.
