This writ petition has been filed for quashing the first information report dated 31.1.2025 in Case Crime No. 66 of 2025, under Section 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) BNS and Section 13 of U.P. Public Examination (Prevention of unfair means) Act, 1998, P.S. Soro, District Kasganj. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A. for the State submitted that the Charge sheet No. 135/2025 has been forwarded on 12.04.2025 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 4.
