The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.71 of 2024 arising out of Pakartanr P.S. Case No. 12/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Simdega. On 08.06.2024, brother of the informant consumed liquor with the petitioner and co-accused persons. Thereafter, he was found murdered. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that apart from the fact that the petitioner has consumed liquor with the deceased, there is no other material against the petitioner on record. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Mikhail Kullu has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.8677 of 2024 and another co- accused Gulshan Kullu has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No.250 of 2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Simdega, in connection with S.T.
