According to the learned senior counsel for the applicant, he has received the certified copy of the order and therefore, the present application is not required for consideration and he submit that the said certified copy has been filed before the Registry and once the certified copy has been submitted to the Registry, the Registry has to scrutinize the said CRP and if it is in order, the same shall be numbered.
