The petitioner is seeking supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with respect to an order dated 21.07.2025 passed by the court of learned Sub Judge (Special Mobile Magistrate) Pulwama in an execution petition titled “Ramesh Kumar Vasandani V/s Mohammad Abdullah Dar”. 2. The very fact that legal effects of the order dated 21.07.2025 came to take place as such, the petitioner cannot be heard to have any grouse against the impugned order otherwise if there would have been any such legal grievance bothering the petitioner with respect to the effects and operation of the impugned order, then filing of this petition would have surely taken place immediately following the passing of the impugned order dated 21.07.2025.
