1. The present Criminal Revision under Section 397/401 of Cr.P.C. has been filed challenging the order dated 05.01.2017 passed by the Additional Judge to the Court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge,
2 Durg (CG) in S. T. No.59/16 whereby the respondents 1 & 2 have been discharged from the charge under Section 304-B of IPC.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that Criminal Case No.12244/11 (State of CG v. Sameer Khan Rahmani & another) filed before the JMFC, Durg for offence under Section 498A/34 of IPC & section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act in respect of Crime No.11/2010 registered at Mahila Thana, Durg being finally decided on 08.07.2022, the present revision has become infructuous.
3. Learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 & 2 is also agreed to the said submission made by the counsel for applicant.
4. Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
